We really thought we were going to be "those people" coming in and asking for a code reader so late in the day; however, we were greeted with smiles and an amazing attitude. In fact, Keaton Martinez was of the biggest help. He came out to the car and actually complimented the state of my car. For so late in the day, he had such an amazing attitude about doing the code reading to see what was wrong with the check engine light. We were so grateful for his help, he gave honest feedback about the situation, and he seemed like he genuinely wanted to help and get to the bottom of the situation. Wonderful job, and thank you Keaton for the kindness!
