  I purchased a new Skeeter WX2200 from Warner's in 2024. The transaction went smoothly and the sales guys know fishing boats, I will give them that. Aside from a major fiberglass defect which required me reaching out directly to Skeeter to resolve on my own, other warranty and maintenance issues have been handled at a level which is typical in the boating industry...i.e. generally some frustration, sometimes more than one trip to the dealer, periodically feeling like a burden for expecting your $100k boat to look and work like it should, etc., but ultimately completed and back on the water. While not ideal, I have learned to live with this type of service with boats. However, after spending nearly $4k on an Atlas hydraulic jack plate this past fall, Warner's decided it was acceptable to keep and not reinstall my emergency boarding ladder ($300) which came on the boat from the factory, and also to not mention this to me when I picked up the boat. Yes, it took me months to notice this, given that the boat was in storage over the winter. That was the focus of my discussion with the shop today. No "whoops", no "sorry", no understanding of the potential safety issue of (unknowingly) not having an e ladder in case of emergency, no offer to replace the ladder, just immediate attitude like I dared to bother them on an extra busy Monday. Well, I can help with the workload issue, you now have one less customer. For what it is worth, I ordered an exact replacement ladder from another dealer today who confirmed it will fit at Atlas plate.

  Warners has a nice showroom, with a quality staff. Purchasing was smooth and they took care of the titling etc. They delivered my pontoon in the spring at the appointed time. I had a small electrical problem a couple months later and they sent an excellent technician to my cabin who figured out the problem and fixed it in a flash. I’ve been very happy with my purchase and their service.
