- KGKeith GoodladDec 30, 20251.0Lie to me about the diagnostic process. Initially told me it would cost $253 and I would know everything that's wrong with my Jaguar. Turns out all they did was plug in the computer reader and do the same thing AutoZone did for free. Then try to ask me to pay another $675 just to see what was wrong with the Jaguar. Complete fraud if you ask me and misleading from the very start. You can't tell me that you're going diagnose and tell me everything that's wrong with my Jaguar then switch it up and say now it's going to be almost $800 to do what you initially said would cost $253. I told them before I brought the Jaguar in what the computer said and they being any type of experienced auto mechanic should have known that they would have had to do more labor or tests to find out what was wrong. Absolutely would never bring a car back to this place. If you're hungry though the cookies are fabulous. 😀🍪

I was very pleased with the tire selection, range and competence of service, time of completion, professional and friendly service, overall cost and even their helpful and timely shuttle service!
