Really wish this man could get extra hands at the desk, he's always so busy (which isn't a bad thing!). The man does it all, takes phone calls, works directly with customers with their issues, and helps out in the garage if needed. I'm not sure if Anthony has any upper management above him, but I hope they see this review and give him a raise! If not, at least give this man some help at the front desk. He deserves it! I came in with my Mazda CX9 SUV with some issues, Anthony and his team diagnosed the issues, got me a quote, and got my SUV running smoothly again. They fixed my brakes, rotors and new tires. However, couple days down the road, we had some issues arise. Anthony was kind enough to waive all the services done to the SUV because he CARES for the customer's satisfaction. He didn't have to, but he wanted to. I respect that so much as a customer. I spent over $2000+ and I'll be a returning customer solely because of Anthony. I appreciate your professionalism and that you care about the customers. Highly recommend! Don't go anywhere else in Neenah for your auto repairs, this is your go to! Thanks Anthony! - Titus
