  I visited Advance Auto with the expectation of receiving prompt and professional service, but unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. An employee was observed sitting on a bucket outside, smoking, which conveyed a lack of emphasis on customer service. Given the nature of an auto parts store, customers typically require urgent assistance, and witnessing disengaged staff can erode confidence. However, not all employees shared the same demeanor. Big Dave notably redeemed the experience by attempting to procure the necessary part. His expertise, friendly approach, and dedication will encourage me to return to the store despite the initial shortcomings.

  Ended up with a dying battery while heading through town and was able to make it to Advanced Auto where Doug and Dave helped me get back on the road. Even though it was 850pm, they both presented eager to help with positive attitudes! Super grateful for them both!

  We are traveling in terrible road conditions and had to stop for windshield wipers. Big Dave and Little Dave were very friendly and helpful to get us what was needed and back on the road!

  I had an excellent experience at Advance Auto Parts thanks to Big Dave, Dylan, and Mark — especially when it came to warranties. Let’s be honest, warranties can sometimes feel confusing or frustrating, but these guys made the whole process smooth and actually enjoyable. Big Dave was extremely knowledgeable and explained the warranty details clearly so I understood exactly what was covered and for how long. It’s rare to find a team that can handle warranty questions with both professionalism and personality. They made what could have been a complicated situation simple and straightforward. Highly recommend this crew if you want honest answers and a great attitude to go with it! Advanced Auto is where it’s at

  I recently had an experience at Advance Auto Parts that I feel deserves recognition. David was extremely helpful from the moment I walked in. He was knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to make sure I got exactly what I needed instead of just rushing me through the process. It’s clear he cares about customer service and knows his stuff. The big red-headed guy, also named David, was just as friendly and approachable. He kept things light with a great attitude while still being professional and efficient. It’s always nice walking into a store where employees actually seem to enjoy helping customers. Overall, the team at Advance Auto Parts made the experience smooth and stress-free. Great customer service all around — I’ll definitely be coming back because of these guys.
