  I've been meaning to write a review for two weeks. I returned a car at this location. 1) They were absolutely the best, very helpful & all done with a smile (very warming) 2) I left a very important item in the car. I called they had it & got it back to me expeditiously (I was so grateful) over all I had the greatest experience at this location. Also I have to mention that, It smelled really good walking into the location. Very fresh & clean. I forgot their names (ughhh) I really wanted to shout them out. Thanks again for going above and beyond for helping me regain my item & also doing a great job on my return experience.

  I had a great experience at this rental place. I needed a car last minute. No problem. I changed the car I wanted last minute - no problem. I changed the day I wanted to bring it back. No problem ! I wanted to drop it off after hours … again. No problem. These guys were polite, flexible , kind , and the process was way quicker than anything I’d ever experienced at the airport. In and out in a few minutes to get the car. Next time I need a car while mine is being repaired-I know I’ll be back. Thanks again.

  The staff was so professional and kind! They even preemptively called me on my pickup day because the roads were so bad to see if I needed to change any plans. Getting the car was a breeze, the drop-off was a breeze, and there were no hidden surprises with any cost. I could not have been happier.

  reserved a premium car, confirmation was sent to me & the day i was supposed to pick the car up they called and said "nothing was available" this company sucks

  I rent all the time and always take the insurance on the car. When I picked up my rental car in Wisconsin, The guy tells me there's a little dent in the car and that he's taking a picture of it. He was supposed to send me a copy of my rental agreement. He never did send it so I'm not even sure if he wrote it on there, which he should have! This morning I wake up to an email telling me that they made a claim against me for damage to the car. They don't tell me what the damage was nor do they send a picture of the damage. This will be covered by the insurance regardless but this should never have happened like this! I'm very disappointed in ENTERPRISE and I'll be taking pictures of before and after of every car I rent from now on!!! If they're going to pull games like this, everyone better make sure they have the insurance on the car and take the insurance like I do!
