    I highly recommend Zeigler Honda of Racine, especially Armonie Ray! Awesome service! Definitely buying another car from Armonie. Best salesman ever. We didn't even walk in there to buy one that day. Even my 12 year old was like this guy is awesome! Just a great personality and found me exactly what I wanted. Took care of everything from start to finish. Disappointed I didn't get to see his backflip though!! Next time!! Dawn Lichter

    Great customer experience and service. All staff were friendly, smiling, and seemed to be enjoying their jobs. My sales associate, Armonie, was great! He let me go through “my” process for buying a car. I never once felt pressured or as if he was trying to steer me in any specific direction. Levi and Ray were great to work with on the back end. The facility was clean, bright, and full of genuine positive energy. Great car buying experience!

    Once they get a check from your bank the tone changes… Bought a car here over a year ago and it went well. To be honest, I wouldn’t have driven 30 miles from my home if I knew the price they advertised online is just marketing to get you in the door but the review isn’t about that. You buy a Honda for its reliability and great fuel economy. If there comes an issue such as lackluster mpg for some unknown reason you think you can rely on the smooth talking salesman who sold the overpriced car (Nick) to help out right ? He did give his business card and say to contact him with any questions. Turns out if you email and wait two weeks without a response and then you can try calling directly and be dismissed almost immediately in a snarky uninterested tone. Get that check and run for the hills ! Don’t recommend and won’t be back.

    Awful experience. The dealer misrepresented a Honda offer in the advertised price. They offered less for my trade than was estimated after seeing numerous photographs. Once they received my deposit I was not provided any final payment information and anticipated I would make electronic payment at the dealership. They would not accept electronic payment and I had to find a bank and get a cashier’s check, which was extremely inconvenient. After payment I had to remind the representative to switch the plates and practically beg him to set up the vehicle with the various electronic settings. They didn’t provide warranty information. Finally, the dealer didn’t even fill the car with gas! Love the Honda CRV Hybrid, but this dealer is awful.

    First let me say that I typically always do all my own oil changes. Car has always been serviced at Honda so did not want to have a break in service history. Make my appointment about a week and half ago for an oil change. Had to pick a day that wasn't raining :) 8 AM. Purposely did early to avoid any backlog. Service guy tells me that they do not have the oil I need in stock and they will have to order it. Will take 30 min. Fine I say. I'm a VERY patient guy but after two and a half hours, 2.5 hours with no contact from service, not including the 10 min that I was early, I went to the service guy and said that I have never waited over an hour for an oil change and we're at two and a half hours. He said that my car takes five and half quarts and they only ordered 5. I asked "two and half hours for an oil change isn't normal, right?". He said no. He didn't seem too concerned so I asked to speak to a manager. He left for about 5 min and said that the manager was on a conference call and couldn't come. Then he said that they are topping off the final 0.5 quarts and the car will be ready. He was going to write a number on a card for me call prior to my next oil change so that they could have everything ready and I told him, don't bother, I won't be back. Gave me a $45 credit on a $111 oil change. I'll now be doing ALL my own oil changes. I'd stay away if you have an S2000.
