  I found a used Toyota Highlander online through the Ziegler Group and called the Honda dealership in Racine, Wisconsin—even though I live in Illinois. From the very first conversation, they treated me like I was a local and like I was family. The Highlander only had 9,000 miles on it, but the level of care and attention I received felt exactly like I was buying a brand-new vehicle. Every question was answered, every detail was handled, and the entire process was smooth, honest, and stress-free. And I'm particularly happy with how the manager Matthew went out of his way to make sure that I had everything I needed and I was happy and there were no problems I absolutely love the car, but even more than that, I couldn’t be happier with how I was treated. That kind of service sticks with you. Because of this experience, I can honestly say I won’t be going anywhere else to buy a car in the future. Highly recommend. Vince DePinto – Chicago

  Bought a Pilot from these guys back in April. They processed my loan and dinged my credit twice. I called them up to see if they would remove it and they said they can't do anything about it. Not sure if it is incompetence or laziness, but it was from their financing dept (Ziegler Auto) on my credit. I will gladly shop elsewhere even at a higher sticker price.

  Taniea was great! The price on the car was good; there was some debate over trade in value of my other car but we got it all worked out and I was happy with the deal. T helped me keep everything going smoothly; all the staff were good to work with overall. They had to remove some extra power chair storage equipment and unfortunately that delayed things so I spent about 5-6 hours there which was the only disappointment

  I'd give them 0 stars. Verification of the vehicle online was with Faith...she called me right away to say yes it's available. And she setup an appointment for Monday...I got about 3-4 requests to confirm my appointment for Monday on Monday. I get to the deals hip and a sales guy tells me that the sales lady that called would be out shortly meanwhile, he was going to get the car for me. He later returned and said that the car was having a transmission overhaul...well, that was a surprise because I didn't drive all the wayto Racine to have my chain yanked. So now he's switching to another car!..I told her that I was interested in that particular car! I believe this dealer is from Chicago...I can tell by the shenanigans they play...I'm seeking legal action against Zielgler Honda of Racine.

  If you’re looking to get turned upside-down on a loan, this is the place to go. I traded in a Honda for a newer Honda, expecting a fair deal given how well Hondas typically hold their value—that’s one of the main reasons people choose the brand in the first place. Unfortunately, my trade-in was significantly undervalued, and I ended up in a loan situation that was not clearly or fairly represented. I take responsibility for signing, but the experience left me feeling taken advantage of rather than supported as a repeat Honda customer. Transparency was lacking, and the numbers did not align with standard market values. My advice to anyone considering this dealership: do your homework before walking in. Check Kelley Blue Book, know your trade-in value, understand every line of the loan, and don’t assume loyalty to the brand will translate into a fair deal here. Learn from my experience.
