    I bought a 2016 duramax with 32,000 miles back in January and the purchase was anything but pleasant the sales guy was really pushy and wouldn’t give us our key for our truck back after asking several times. When we wanted to trade in our other truck they gave us a real low ball offer and we had told them no and they kept coming back with a higher offer until they got to 7500 dollar (truck is paid off) and we kept saying no because it’s a work truck for us. After taking the other truck home that they pushed us into buying after we told them we had to think about it the check engine light came on the next morning they said they would look at it and fix the problem that took a little over 2 weeks to get the truck back after just buying luckily we didn’t trade in our other truck because I would have been out of work for 2 weeks not being able to haul the work trailer. Now I have driven the truck 3,000 miles since I got it back and the check engine light is on again so the truck is down once again but still have to pay for it. I would not recommend going to them for a vehicle because like mine after buying it I found out they bought it from a auction house and they didn’t know anything about it.

    I would like to give a well deserved shout out to Brooke Lewis, Ricky E and Nick Imhof. I am 58 years-old so I have been driving and buying cars for 42 years. The reason for my visit was to help out my cousin with the car buying process which is seldom a pleasant experience. I had a bad experience at your Nissan dealership several years ago while shopping for a safe, used, reliable car for my kid. The car we wanted was a great fit but we were shocked to find out that all used cars have several thousand dollars worth of non-negotiable dealer add on’s including some sort of rust protection. Turns out the car we were intending to buy actually had some rust near the trunk lid. Needless to say we did not buy that car. Based on that experience, I told my cousin Not to buy a car at any Zeigler dealership. The one he ended up buying was exactly what he wanted but was disappointed when I told him about the add on’s. Turns out these are now optional and long story short, we had a great experience in general. Nick actually sold me on a protection option regarding wiring harnesses for all of the electronic gadgets. He did a great job of explaining everything. He did not try to sell us any rust protection. Ricky E and Brooke were awesome all the way around! I have a few suggestions for Mr. / Ms. Zeigler. 1. Disclose the specific add on’s before they become an unpleasant surprise at time of test drive and do not “hard sell” or force them on a customer. 2. Inform the internet customers that the person they are working with is not the same person you will be working with when you visit the dealership in person. 3. Recognize and provide merit increases for Brooke, Ricky E and Nick Imhof.

    I had a great experience working with Sinisa at Zeigler Honda of Racine. From start to finish he was professional, straightforward, and easy to work with. There were no games or pressure tactics, just clear communication and transparency throughout the entire process. Sinisa respected my time, answered every question thoroughly, and made sure everything was ready exactly as promised when I came in. He followed through on what he said he would do, which goes a long way in an industry where that’s not always the case. Buying a vehicle can be stressful, but Sinisa made it smooth and efficient. I would absolutely recommend asking for him if you’re in the market.

    On February 23rd this past Monday I’d like to point out that Zeigler Racine Honda staff in particular JAMES Lifeski , FAITH Klinkhammer , & Matt Douvikas came thru in top notch customer service style , by going above and beyond their normal duties and responsibilities in that my wife and I had I initially had our eyes set on a 2025 Honda Pilot ELITE Black on Black. After some good discussion and prompt follow up by Faith Klinkhammer and James (New car manager ) the team were able to put us into a new 2026 Pilot Elite & my wife was very happy with that decision. I’d really like to point out the leadership of Matt Douvikas (GENERAL MGR ) & how he put my family 1st in securing a 2026 ELITE instead of going with a 2025. Exceedingly good job Mr Douvikas!!!! Especially my wife and I are local community and returning customers as we’ve purchased a brand new 2022 Honda Odyssey just 5 years prior to this 2026 Pilot purchase Also extremely thankful for BDC personnel FAITH KLINKHAMMER for providing me with specs , pricing and availability throughout this whole buying purchase as I was on my back from a road trip and Faith patiently and accurately gave me all the information I needed to make an informed buying decision. Would definitely recommend Faith as the GO SME when calling into Zeigler Honda if you’re deciding to make a purchase on any vehicle BIG BRAVO ZULU (job well done ) to James and Matt Douvikas In closing I recently recommended my mother in law to Racine Honda and they purchased a new CRV Hybrid and will continue to recommend Zeigler Racine Honda to all my family and friends Sincerely L.D.     I bought 2022 Lexus Rx350 f sport under 25k miles from them was searching for on over 6 months on car gurus searching for 1 owner no accident vehicle for my 17 year old daughter!!!! One popped up for sale from them I put the deposit went over 10hrs drive get it last second of the purchase process they come up with the carfax report wich showed was stolen!!! The sad wasn’t was recovered very quickly with no damages carfax paperwork they represented they showed and assured was no damage to the vehicle… recently found out vehicle had over $22,000 damage!!! I’m very disappointed where they Misrepresent the vehicle!!! I would not recommend anyone buy any used car from them!
