  I was there to purchase a spark plug and ran into some brake issues on my way there. The store manager helped me fix it for free, and he was super nice. He was literally on the ground for 10 minutes. What a legend

  Rear Window Wiper-2020 Chev Equinox needed replacement. Wife went to AutoZone that has been a reliable source and they had part in stock. Clerk went out and measured wiper in cold parking lot. Matched part and installed it. Much appreciated since wife had no idea how to replace it. Service exceeded expectations. o Will go to AutoZone 1st next time. Very satisfied.

  Jerry the commercial manager was very informative and helpful today (02/12/26) as I had bought a new radiator for my lady’s car, he had given me several different options for ones that were in stock at the store and ones that were available for order. I ended up purchasing one this was in stock. Afterwards Jerry had even helped to carry out the coolant I had bought to the truck. I had came in the previous day and had talked with Tina about getting the radiator and other parts for the car. Tina was very helpful and knowledgeable giving suggestions on what would be the best path to take. I feel both these associates be given proper recognition and compensation for not only doing their job but also going the extra mile to provide excellent care to their customers.

  I had a headlight go out on my suv and was able to get a replacement light installed in 15 minutes. The manager, Ronald, performed the installation (sale). He was very informative, welcoming, and kind. I appreciate his efficiency and him working with the vehicle to maneuver the light bulb swap. I am a blk woman in a predominantly white area, sometimes I get nervous asking for help because I don't want to be met with bad energy. He was very kind and I wanted to tip him but he declined. God bless him and the staff there. You all are appreciated for helping us customers with big things that probably feel minor to others.
