They came out to the lake we were on, which was a 40 minute drive, unhooked the trailer with the non-working boa while we crammed into the one that was still working, and hooked up a new trailer with a different boat. All of this within 2 hours of us contacting them. That is customer service, which is a dying art these days. Will be back next fall!
