I apologize for the confusion as I am technologically impaired LOL. I did not know how to get out of the site without giving a star first. Very annoying. I did get a call back from John at Gerber and we were able to clear things up. He was totally awesome and understanding and we even had a couple Chuckles. To rent my experience on my talk with John, on a scale from 1 to 5 it was a six.
