- JFJen FryJul 19, 20251.0Reserved vehicle months in advance. Even had a call to confirm. Asked the representative to move my rental from 7/11 to 7/12. When I got there to pick up, they didn’t have my reservation. The whole thing had been moved to following week. I had rented a van, they had none available. I had to take a pathfinder which is drastically smaller on inside. I ended up having to go buy a luggage bag, which costs money and set us back hours. We were packed in like sardines for a 17 hour road trip. Very upset and dissatisfied. I would like to add that the employees at the store were very empathetic and apologetic. This wasn’t their fault. The man working offered me a free upgrade next time but I’m not sure there will be a next time. I’m still upset by the experience, maybe once it settles a bit.
