  When we entered it smelled like marijuana. I thought about leaving but I had a left rear tire with a screw in it that was going flat. I bought 2 new tires for the front & and they were supposed to put the front tire switch had better tread on the back. We got halfway to Racine and the low pressure came on for the same left rear tire so we turned around and called them. They never removed the tire with screw in it. They did make it right but rather bad experience!

  What should have been a routine oil change turned into a very frustrating experience. I came in for a simple oil change, and immediately after leaving, my check engine light came on. When I got home, there was a strong burning smell, like the car was overheating. The next morning, I noticed a significant amount of oil underneath my vehicle on the ground so I brought my car back to the shop. Upon inspection, the staff found hot oil splashed all over the inside of the hood, the engine, and all other components. They then admitted forgetting to put the oil cap back on after completing my oil service, which caused the hot oil to spray throughout the engine and led to the overheating smell. As a result, sensors were alerted and other parts were affected due to the hot oil over flowing in other areas. However, instead of fully taking responsibility, they attempted to claim that those issues were pre-existing. They did not cover the damage caused by their mistake and did not handle the situation with the level of accountability. Because of this experience, I will not be returning. I would strongly advise others to double check that basic steps like making sure your oil cap is on before leaving.

  Where would i ever start 😂! Oh ! let’s start with commutation something that these people obviously know NOTHING about. I dropped my car off to Monro Feb 12th , for three full whole weeks of no updates, missed calls , no answers. The 20th rolls around i call they tell me it’s something with my transmission ..? weird my transmission is fine ! then i call again few days after that they tell me it’s my timing change belt? so basically yall just played with my car & my time. Overall if i could give negative stars id give it 3 negative stars. Shoutout to Midas for getting my car fixed within 2 weeks. Come to find out i needed to replace both of my fuel pumps… Moral of my comment just somewhere else completely don’t even waste your time unless it’s an oil change and even with that i’d b nervous. Telling a customer you don’t have any expert technicians to figure out the issue is quite alarming.
