  I should have came here 2nd..... I was in desperate need of an oil change. I was at Take 5(my go to place because of the free top off in between oil changes). Anyway I've been having trouble with the hood coming up and today was no different. After 3 attempts the attendant said he couldn't try again because he didn't want to make it worse. He suggested I go to Firestone or Goodyear. So I went to FS and he said he could do the oil change for $90 but getting the hood open would be an additional $90...I said I'm going next door to GY. I get there and Martell is still working there. It was a pleasant surprise. 😊 He and another attendant went out and came right back in,they got the hood up. 🥳 I was so excited for that. They save me $90. I ended up getting the oil changed and the tires(free with the oil change). They were so kind and professional. I'll be back again for any of my car needs. 😁🙋🏿‍♀️

  Scratched and chipped my wheels. Also they left a bunch of tire mounting grease which I didn't really care for but today when I cleaned it off I realized that all my wheels were scratched

  Hi, I have been a loyal customer to this Good Year location for a little over a year now, and I must say this is an awesome team of people in terms of the superb customer service they provide, their kindness and willingness to ensure the customers are satisfied with services rendered. They thoroughly explain services being provided never leaving me guessing or in the dark which I greatly appreciate being that I am a woman And don't know much about cars. Specifically, to Martell, Juan, Richard and all the other skilled mechanics working on your team at this location just know Your hard work doesn't go unnoticed, even if it's never mentioned.. thanks for keeping me safe & on the road! 🙂👍

  Came here in late February after having an awful experience at the 12555 W North Ave, Brookfield location. The Store Manager, Martell, was awesome. A real professional who is good with people and understands customer service. Very happy with how I was treated here by him, and the guy who did my inspection, Charles. He pointed out exactly what was wrong with my car, and explained everything to me in depth. I could not have had much of a better experience. Thank you Martell and Charles!!!
