Got her lady was rude didnt even try to look into what i was saying and she's a manager . Never go to this location. My original reservation was to pick-up in Rockford, IL and drop off in Waukesha for a much lower rate. I showed up at the Rockford airport at 2:50 only to find out they closed at 2. No call or email. I called customer service and after some time on the call the only option to pick up the same day was in Milwaukee. I updated my schedule and route to go to Rockford and this cost me a few hours and made my wife have to turn around and come back to pick me up. The customer service agent talked to someone in Milwaukee and they said they’d be able to transfer the reservation in and take care of me at the same rate. I showed up to Milwaukee and after being bounced to another desk was told they could not get the reservation in but could only do a new reservation. If I wanted to drop off in Waukesha it would have went from $800 to $2000 and there was nothing the agent could do (so he said). It was clear that the agent only cared about their branch and not corporate customer service commitments. I was stuck picking up in Milwaukee and dropping off in Milwaukee for $200 more than my original reservation. The agent said he was busy and needed me to finish my new reservation on my way out. Also, I purchased the toll pass only to find out it doesn’t work on all tolls. Would have been nice to know, so I could have chosen the right lane. The service was poor at best and I can’t believe nobody cares about the customer experience. I’ve shared my experience with many and will continue to do so. Many lessons for your company. If you are going to close and a reservations hasn’t picked up yet at least give them a call. Don’t have customer service reps misspeak and create bigger issues. I would have booked a new reservation on my 2 hour drive to Milwaukee if it wouldn’t have transferred. Explain how tolls work and do not work. Honor your commitments. Don’t bounce your customers around. Don’t on your branches against each other.

Last month, I had rented a car from Dollar. Our flight got delayed due to a snow storm in Denver and there were several of us that arrived to find Dollar had closed without any notice. All this with my grandmothers funeral the next day. Luckily, Enterprise was open and beyond accommodating. Chana help book me a car in a timely manor and was professional and friendly. The lot attendant Grant, was friendly and professional in explaining things with the mini van we got. Both of them certainly helped to bring a close to an unexpected stressful situation. Lesson learned, rent from Enterprise in the future!

This place is UNBELIEVABLE. My husband has points because he rents cars for just about 365 days a year with the location in watertown. Tonight they made him PAY even though he has points. To top it off they made my two small children get out of the car so they could switch cars at 930pm at night! No corporate number to call either. You'll get an 800 number and some guy that can't speak English. My husband was treated poorly and been a customer for a few years now. RIDICULOUS
