I also had a $15 off coupon for an oil change and they wouldn’t take it because they already took off $15 for the filter. They said they can’t take two “coupons.” The filter wasn’t a coupon though! On top of that, the filter I bought was $17 not $15. They owe me $17 in my opinion. Edit: I also never received a receipt. Other than that, great oil change and friendly staff!

About 4-5 men working on my car or maybe just standing around my car (I DON'T KNOW), being unprofessional, using profanity. I asked if they put air in tires. I was assured that they would. They did not. On my receipt it shows that they "checked" it and that PSI was 35 for both front and back. Before I left, my air pressure light was still on but I thought to myself that maybe it would take awhile to adjust. When I got home, I checked my air pressure, and one of my front tires PSI was 30. I put air in it and the air pressure light turned off instantly. I also asked if they would turn off my maintenance light after the oil change was done. The dude looked at me and said "I don't know what that light is." BUT on the receipt, it says "oil service indicator light reset" THAT IS A LIE. I went home and googled how to do it. I turned it off myself. Now I'm questioning if they even added windshield fluid. & why was I charged for "extra oil"? This was not communicated with me.
