- JRJonathan RomoFeb 3, 20261.0Came in for a simple 15 min oil change and left with my “ battery light “ on my dashboard. Technician was having trouble taking out the Air filter which is located right above the battery, after aggressively getting it out, he mentioned how difficult it was to get out, and my thought process was hopefully it’s easier going back in. Upon leaving after a few minutes, I noticed my battery Light was on and solid, which was never the case in the past. I went back to talk to the tech technician and the manager, and that’s when another technician stepped in and tried to get into a heat and exchange with myself. I was trying to explain to the manager that prior to me stepping into this facility I had no lights on my dashboard and after leaving the facility now I do I’m still waiting to hear back from the claims department, but the technician who is very hostile repeated to me that they would do nothing about it

Felt like he was pressuring me into services I genuinely couldn't afford. At least he got me a good price on windshield wipers

- RORob OrnburgJan 14, 20261.0Came back to Valvoline to get my oil changed and the previous assist manager (not there anymore) stripped my oil drain plug last visit and they couldn’t do the service and sent me on my way. Bad customer service and inconsistent. I had to go to the Jeep dealer and got stuck with an extractor service and had to purchase a new drain plug ($50). Valvoline is actually more expensive than the dealer that I go too to get my oil changed and they are more in tune to what maintenance is actually required.
