Technician was having trouble taking out the Air filter which is located right above the battery, after aggressively getting it out, he mentioned how difficult it was to get out, and my thought process was hopefully it’s easier going back in. Upon leaving after a few minutes, I noticed my battery Light was on and solid, which was never the case in the past. I went back to talk to the tech technician and the manager, and that’s when another technician stepped in and tried to get into a heat and exchange with myself. I was trying to explain to the manager that prior to me stepping into this facility I had no lights on my dashboard and after leaving the facility now I do I’m still waiting to hear back from the claims department, but the technician who is very hostile repeated to me that they would do nothing about it
