Once I arrived I was told they only do Uber on the weekends. I waited almost an hr for the uber to arrive due to multiple drivers canceling. I had multiple bags of groceries with me thinking I was on the way home but no. I waited and my groceries sat out longer than they should have. I’m frustrated with the weekend process and think it’s a huge inconvenience. I like the shuttle drivers bc it feels safer and seem more of a trusted process. And the uber car that picked me up was dirty smh

They gave me attitude when i pointed out things that were OBVIOUSLY misaligned. It took me LITERALLY 10 seconds to notice a door was installed incorrectly (i am not joking). They are LAZY and EXTREMELY rude/aggressive. Do NOT go here for major repairs.

I have to admit that this is the first time that I've had a customer service representative at umansky provide the quality of service that I am used to from other Toyota dealerships. I hope that your example will be one that other customer service Representatives might lean into.
