Recently took my Rav4 Hybrid in for the 30K service, essentially an oil change and rotate the tires, with the obligatory inspections. Soon after dropping the car off, I got an email from them saying there were three items that needed "Immediate attention". One was cabin air filter replacement - OK. The next was a full brake service. Seemed suspicious, was having no brake issues at all - declined. The third was rotate/balance all tires and do an alignment. Again, suspicious, tires showed no signs of alignment issues and no symptoms of out of balance - declined. When I went to pickup the car, I read over the multiple page inspection report. In the brake section, they were rated as "Good", yet on the very next page was the "Immediate attention" brakes notation mentioned above. In the tires section, just notations about wear, nothing about alignment or balance. Clearly a lame attempt at upselling. I feel sorry for less experienced folks who see "Immediate attention" and pay hundreds of extra dollars for unneeded service. In my opinion, since dealership switched from Andrew to Umansky, it's more about profit than good service. Won't be going back, won't be recommending them either.

From the moment I walked in to buy my Toyota Corolla Hybrid, Rosario (Sales consultant) treated me with professionalism, honesty, and real respect for my time and money. No pressure. No gimmicks. No sales games. Just straight facts, clear explanations, and rock-solid guidance.
Rosario knows his stuff. Every question I asked — about trims, hybrid performance, long-term reliability, financing, resale value — he answered confidently and transparently. He helped me compare options intelligently and made sure I picked the right Corolla Hybrid for my goals, not just whatever was easiest to sell.
What impressed me most: Rosario actually cares. He walked me through everything step-by-step, double-checked details, made the paperwork painless, and ensured I was 100% comfortable before moving forward. Buying a car can be stressful — Rosario made it smooth, efficient, and honestly enjoyable.
This wasn’t just a transaction. This was real customer service.
If you’re shopping for a Toyota — especially a Corolla Hybrid — do yourself a favor and ask for Rosario. He’s sharp, patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to doing things the right way. This is how car buying should feel.
Huge respect to Rosario. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase.
10/10. Would recommend without hesitation.

I went to Umansky to look at a first car for my daughter. She likes Nissans, and we saw a 2011 Sentra advertised, so we stopped in.
Big thanks to Giovanni for the prompt and thorough attention. He was knowledgeable, attentive to our questions, and got us in and out quickly. He did a great job and made the experience enjoyable for my daughter.
That said, after the purchase, there was a hiccup with the MAF code and the dealership ultimately fixed it. The post-purchase support turned out to be solid, and from what I understand, Giovanni pushed to make it right. We left happy, and I do appreciate that the issue was resolved. We brought the vehicle in around 12, and things were all wrapped up in about 2 hours, which is great.
Giovanni earns five stars for his professionalism and follow-through.
I would like to thank the sales people at umansky's For their courtesy, especially a dealer name. Andrew Alkahan And a manager, Christine the finance officer Lori for the help with me obtaining the vehicle that we currently have now actually two vehicles that we have purchased from that dealership. Great leadership And people that know what they're doing. They don't try to sell you something that you don't want but rather allow you to make your choice. I can appreciate that. Most sales people are pushy. They're not so once again I give them. Thanks

Umansky Toyota changed a faulty screen/head unit and USB port on our vehicle during summer of last year. We haven't had any other issue with our vehicle since, until about a month ago, we started noticing that the headlights do not stay on while the vehicle is running, sometimes the lights go off and on while we're driving. Our neighbor who is a mechanic looked at our vehicle and said there might be something wrong with the wiring, fuse or the light sensor might be faulty. My husband called Umansky Toyota to schedule an appointment, the guy he spoked to (Georges) and explained the issue we're having, did set up an appointment and asked my husband to bring our vehicle in at 3:30 pm after work so they can inspect it and work on it. We took our car to the dealership at 3:30 pm yesterday and met with service advisor Letty/Leticia who immediately told my husband upon our arrival that their technicians do not inspect vehicles after 1pm and they do not believe they can help us. Then Letty/Leticia and another service advisor named John told us within 15 min of being there that there is nothing wrong with our vehicle and they couldn't duplicate the issue we're having. Mind you, they didn't even inspect our car or check the wiring. They both came to that conclusion out of nowhere and neither of them are qualified technicians, also our vehicle is still under warranty. They basically told us in a rude way to kick rock because they didn't feel like working on our vehicle. We drove an hour to their dealership because they are the ones who changed the head unit last year, we assumed they would be able to inspect the vehicle and find out what the problem is. We've owned that vehicle for 2 years now and if there is something wrong with it, we notice immediately, I mean it is our daily driver . We don't understand why they were so dismissive and rude to us. Also, if their technicians stop working on vehicles at a specific time of the day, then why are they scheduling appointments past that time and making people drive all the way to the dealership just to be told that their vehicle cannot be inspected or worked on?
