    Another awful experience with National, this time in Milwaukee. National shares Enterprise and Alamo. The guy at the check-in kiosk was useless and clueless. All they do is point you in a direction. We ended up with a free upgrade to a BMW. There is a constant warning chime about the backseat being down, but it’s broken and can’t be raised. The outside of the car was dirty and the inside was not much better.
