  Had a flat tire and was calling around for a quick fix, I came here 5pm on a week night it took less than an hour. They were right on time and helpful eased all my troubles! They were busy and close to closing and they helped out big time!

  I took my car here back in December for an emergency alternator replacement. They replaced the battery and alternator within a few hours but returned my vehicle to me with the check engine light on (it was not on prior) and told me it was due to a faulty crankshaft sensor. I took my car into my regular shop who replaced the sensor but noticed the light was still on. So they ran the code again and discovered that the camshaft sensor (located next to the alternator) was broken clean off. They also let me know the alternator was not secured properly. I took the photos, the bill from my usual shop, and the broken part to Monro at the end of December and the manager took accountability and said he would submit a claim. It is now February and I've heard nothing from the shop, no remedy, I'm out $300 and my car hasn't driven the same since.

  If I could give this place zero stars, I absolutely would. I went in for a snapped stud and a missing lug nut and was immediately told I needed a much more expensive repair (a wheel bearing) that was not necessary and would have cost me around $500. That alone is a huge red flag. I had an 11:00 AM appointment scheduled for today. I showed up on time, only to find out the part wasn’t even there yet. I sat around for over an hour for nothing. No phone call. No warning. No apology. When I questioned it, the staff member acted like they couldn’t care less and told me I needed to “see it from their side.” Absolutely not. It is not the customer’s responsibility to manage your parts, chase tracking numbers, or excuse your lack of organization. If the part isn’t there, you call the customer. Period. This place wastes your time, pushes unnecessary repairs, and takes zero accountability. Terrible service, terrible communication. Do not go here.

  I was in a pinch with a flat tire. I called the store before I came in and the store manager had everything ready for me when I came in. Made everything easy and had the exact tires I needed

  Showed up at 8:25am for an 8:30am appointment. No one was there and doors were locked. Store was supposed to be open at 7:30am. Called customer service and they couldn't get ahold of the store manager. Had to reschedule at a different location.
