That is when they let me know they found out they were out of stock on the wheel weights. If they were professional, first off they wouldn't have been out of stock on such a vital part, secondly, once they were aware of this, they should have let me know right away about the problem!!! Instead they say nothing until I grow impatient. Bottom line, I will NEVER go to a Monro business again!
- LPL POct 21, 20251.0Call in the morning for an alignment, they say I can bring it in at 9am and it will take 2-3 hours. Great, I drop off the car at 855am. 1pm - I call to get an update and they haven't even started it but say it will be done in a few hours. Fine whatever typical for this type of place. 6pm - I get dropped off there because they close at 7pm and I still haven't heard anything. They never even touched the car. Worst service Ive ever experienced in my life. Never coming back here and will warn everyone I know to never come here.
