Drove across town to get there, and find the shop closed despite the hours on the business and those posted online showing it to be open. No note on the door or explanation online. No text or phone call to let me know my appointment was cancelled. If they’re this unprofessional just managing the store, imagine what they’re doing to your car.

They actually took me out to the garage and showed me how bad they were, instead of just saying that they were bad. The staff spoke to me, kept me informed on what was going on. Also to be the very fast job which hopefully is always effective, being considerate of my time. CJ and his staff need a raise they were great and very helpful. Anybody who's looking for tires please go here. Awesome job fellas keep up the good work!!!

My husband got an oil change around 2 months ago (if they even changed the oil) and came home with a damaged front end and check engine light on. He tried to talk to them about it before leaving, but they claimed it was like that when he came in. Which it certainly was not. We went back maybe 2 days later during their open hours, middle of day and no one around. Real professional. After he called numerous times and left many messages, they finally got back to him and sent him to place for estimate only to just now send us letter saying damage was inconsistent with what could have been done by anything in their shop. So not only did we get ripped off on service and truck damaged (1900 estimate) but valuable time and energy spent calling, waiting and going to third party for estimate. What kills me is the truck is prob not even safe to drive given the front tire now rubs on front bumper. Could prob pop at any minute. Hopefully not with our 2 kids in car. We will be getting lawyer. Please do not take your business here.
