The lines are consistently long and feel insufferable, which defeats the convenience a membership is supposed to offer. On top of that, some of the staff come across as rushed or unfriendly, which makes the experience feel stressful instead of easy. The wash itself is fine, but the overall experience makes it hard to justify keeping the subscription.

Therefore I am making a review because I got a car wash so I can use the free vacuums and I was disappointed to find out that Literally not one vacuum here at the 20th and Oklahoma location in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The one vacuum that was working had very, very low pressure to even pick up anything. So maintenance on vacuums is definitely needed asap‼️
