- PPPercy3 days ago1.0Lazy Torta girl this morning, was causing unnecessary congestion and slow service. Train her to pay attention to efficiently directing cars through the membership lanes. Also, the side-door pressure washer hoses in the middle of the tunnel, haven't been functional with water for weeks. Tunnel also needs to be cleaned, because it smells like musty mop water. No other local MCW has these issues.

Cool $15.11. Drove through and not only was the back of my car not washed...but the underbody was most definitely not even rinsed. Definitely not worth it.

Shout out to Jovian who helped me decide my car wash and had me leaving there with a smile on my face. I highly recommend this place as they have good costumer service and even free vacuums at the end of the wash. Appreciate the welcoming energy. Definitely will be coming back.

Today, while going through the car wash, the attendant directing vehicles placed my car too close to the vehicle in front of me. As a result, my car made contact and my license plate was bent and pushed into the bumper. The other vehicle was not damaged, but mine was. I immediately reported this to an employee, but instead of receiving help, I was treated rudely and told that the car wash “does not cover this,” without even offering to file an incident report. I have photos showing the damage and this clearly happened inside the car wash due to improper vehicle spacing. I hope management takes responsibility and improves how situations like this are handled. I expected better customer service and accountability.
