The young lady there took pictures and said someone will get back to me. I had a miss call from the location and I called back immediately and no one answered. I’ve left several voicemails and emails and still no response. I need to hear back from someone. You guys are quick to charge my card every month but no response to my claim. I know those scratches were NOT there previously because I hand washed my car 2 weeks prior to this incident and I would’ve definitely noticed them. I would really appreciate a response I been going to this location for a long time and have been a member for about 2yrs
