- HGHeather GreenNov 7, 20255.0I was T-boned out on 107th by their Granville location. 2 passenger side doors needed replacing and now you can't even tell I'd been hit. I contacted Sommer's (OEM dealership that also does routine maintenance on my car) and they recommended Mander. They have been fantastic through the whole process, including negotiating with my insurance company to get correct parts installed. Mander was also kind enough to install at the same time a rubberized side panel I had previously purchased separately. Mander warrantees their workmanship for as long as I own the vehicle and provided it in writing. My car is still so new it's still under OEM warrantee as well. Their staff is absolutely top tier and so is their work. I highly recommend this business and will absolutely use them again if the need arises.

As I was standing there the mechanic called and "supposedly" found all of the parts. Three days later I got a phone call saying parts would not be in for another 3 days. Grant it as I was standing in the shop parts were found at local dealers. I commute 1 1/2 hours to work and the same time to return home. It's imperative to be comfortable in my own vehicle. So I was lied to. I felt like I had been carjacked. And I don't trust liars. They did an ok job. But don't trust a liar.
