I was told my receipt would be emailed to me even though I never provided an email address, and I was rushed out. I never received a receipt. The service does not show up on Carfax, and when I called the shop, they said my car had never been serviced there. This experience was uncomfortable because there is no record of work that I paid for. I would advise others to always get a receipt and confirm their service is documented.
