Despite possessing all necessary motor vehicle documentation and legal counsel, the removal process has been significantly delayed. The scheduled removal, initially planned over six months ago, has not occurred, and my information appears to be absent from the interlock system. Consequently, my vehicle has been impounded for an extended period, necessitating the purchase of a new battery. I am now concerned about the vehicle's operational status, potentially requiring engine repairs. Despite full compliance with all requirements, the process has consumed considerable time and resources, including numerous communications and alleged misinformation. I have a regular New Jersey Motor vehicle license. I don't even have a suspension on it. That says, interlock, and I still can't even get the device out of my car with all the paperwork.
