They told me the earliest I can have it removed was on the 12th I said ok. I come to find out that they charged me for another moth because it was 4 days after my lease was up. I was then told that they assumed I knew I could get it removed sooner at a different location. Why if I knew that would I have said no charge me another month for 4days of having it. They never mentioned that I could have went to a different location. They will not let you talk to any type of manager and they are just scamming crooks please do not use this company. If you have to get one installed in your car you will have spent enough on this unfortunate incident this company will assume you want to spend more than you have to
