  Managers are good, Jeff is very helpful. Workmanship is extremely questionable and techs lack integrity it seems. I’ll add pictures of texts in the photos option. I’ll start with the good, they did give me a free rental after their mess up. That’s about where the good ends. Now the bad. Read the text bubble in the photos for the full story but to sum it up, took my car in for a warranty job. They supposedly took care of the problem after a few days. I pick it up and make it 2ish miles down the road before check engine light starts flashing and car starts trembling. I take the car back, they give me a free rental because I had to return the already free one I had previous thru my warranty company to come pickup my car. Come to find out the problem was a miss fire in my spark plugs that could have been caught when they did the oil cooler or camshaft if they did their due diligence and saved me hundreds in labor time. I explain this to Jeff, he tells me there isn’t much he can do than a 50$ discount, so I text Mike the service assistant manager and never get a response. I’d highly encourage you reading the text I sent in the photos below and if you don’t want to be treated or ignored take your business elsewhere.

  I had a very positive experience from the moment I called their dealership this morning. This was an unexpected flat tire I had gotten in the last day or so. When I called, I spoke to Eric in Service. With no heads up, at all. He immediately asked that I come ASAP, and he would see what he could do. Upon arrival, he took me right away. Asked me to wait in the lobby, and got to work immediately on my flat. Not 45-minutes later it was done, patched up, and not a single nickel owed. Eric in Service is fantastic, and this is not the first time he went above and beyond for me. I am not a "review" writing kind of guy, in fact this is my first. But Eric went so far above and beyond, I had to make sure it was made known. I even reached out to the GM of the dealership, to ensure she knew what I fine employee he was. Amazing experience, and certainly above and beyond, by any metric. Thank you Eric!

  I love Ricky. He was patience and helped me out over the phone so that went I came in I would be able to sign and go. It was very hassle free process and I am glad that I came back.

  Worst experience ever with service department they had my truck 4 different times over ten thousand dollars worth of suspension work and it's still not riding right. I'm contacting my attorney and will be suing. Never take your vehicle to this service department
