    I brought my Jeep Grand Cherokee to the service department here because I was having an issue with it recognizing it was in park. I made the assumption that bringing it to a Jeep dealership that they would be the experts in fixing it, I couldn’t be more wrong. In the first visit, John diagnosed it as a bad TCM with a $2500 price tag. I agreed since I didn’t have a choice. I asked about a loaner car I can use, they had none. I brought it home a couple days later but it was still having the same issue. I brought the car back and told them I do not feel comfortable paying for another fix because of the hefty first fix. Was told it could be multiple problems causing this so they couldn’t do anything for me. They contacted me later and said it was a faulty part they put in and that a new part would be available in a week. I again asked if they had a loaner I could use, still no. It has now been about 2 weeks without a car. I picked up the car after it was fixed, again. I brought it home… still problem persisted. I called and let them know. I asked if this can be looked at right away and they said the earliest was 5 days later. I brought it back once again for the 3rd time. I asked if there’s anything they can do for me… nothing. I spoke to the service manager and he said they will do their due diligence, which must mean they weren’t doing that before, and be careful about the next diagnosis. I asked yet again if they had a loaner I can use since it has been about 3 weeks without a car. They said they still don’t have a loaner. They said the only thing they can do for me is help me rent a car at a local rental agency. They said they would look at the car the same day and give me a call. I didn’t receive a call until 6 days later. They diagnosed it with a bad transmission with an $7k price tag, to which I immediately declined and picked the car up the next day. I brought the car into a different local shop, Dunham Transmissions, and it took them 1 hour to diagnose it. There was a large walnut lodged in the wires which was causing some inconsistent signaling. This cost me $100 to diagnose and the removal of a walnut. I spent almost 4 weeks without a car and a Jeep dealership unwilling to help me in anyway. I also attempted several times to contact the GM to give her feedback on this recent experience, never a returned call after multiple voicemails. In a nut shell, I would encourage others not to visit this service center for car repairs. They were unwilling to provide a half way decent customer experience. I saved myself almost $10k in unnecessary car repairs by going else where.

    Me and my husband went to have monthly services done on our car today. We always enjoy Miguel the man that makes and serves the popcorn. Great conversation and laughter while we wait. Eric also in the service department had great customer service and spoke very well.
