    I did not make an appointment, I did a walk in. The place was very busy with customers in the store and calling in for service. I was greeted and told someone would be right with me. Martel and Kali maintained great professional customer service from the beginning to the end of my experience. They were up front and honest every step of the way. No hidden surprises or unnecessary costs. I am very impressed and happy with the service I received from Goodyear. Thank you, Martell and Kali.

    The guy I talked to on the phone was very knowledgeable and answered my questions regarding my tires and was able to give me a great deal and even got me in same day I went there and they got me in right away and were very friendly and kind I will be going back very pleased thanks everyone for your hard work!
