  Called to asks about getting a new tire and was told they could get it done before they close. Left right away after the call and dropped off my car just before noon. Went with a friend for lunch and errands. I called to ask what the status was just before 3 and was told they were just finishing up. Got a call back right away saying he was wrong and they were just starting. My friend dropped me off and MY CAR HADN'T MOVED FROM THE PARKING LOT. I think they technically closed 5 minutes ago and I'm still waiting. I don't mind waiting, just please be up front about it.

  Very disappointed with the service today. My confirmed appointment was denied due to their system error showing a different date. No proper explanation, no responsibility taken. This is unacceptable customer service. Businesses need to respect customers’ time.

  This was my first time ever having to get a tire replaced. Juan was so super helpful and did a free inspection & he found the problem (a nail 🤧). He ordered my new wheel and within 3 hours i had a new tire! highly recommend going here if you ever need help. thanks again Juan! 🙏🏼

  Martell went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. He was transparent about pricing, explained my options, and kept me updated throughout the service. His professionalism and positive attitude made a big difference. Customer service like that keeps people coming back!!
