  Fast service. Nice people working. Visited 12/3 with a flat, in and out fast with two new tires. Much appreciated as other area shops are overrun and not as hospitable. Real neighborhood shop feeling.

  This was not the Experience i was looking for! We scheduled to purchase and have 4 tires installed at the milwaukee 27th st location. 1st mistake we scheduled it online, if you believe nothing else about this review, atleast believe that. Do not schedule online, the online schedule and in store schedule are not linked together and it takes the local stores efforts to make this work, and if your not on top of it at all times i believe alot of things fall through the cracks and online schedulers get screwed. I scheduled online 3 days in advance and chose the service time and tires i wanted. Upon my 8am Saturday appointment i was greeted with the information that our tires were not at the store and were to arrive at 11am. So much for trying to prepare like an adult.it was a snowy day so i assumed this delivery would be delayed so we left the car and went home and wait to be called. 2pm came around and i called and was told that the tires were on and the tech was on lunch break and I would hear back soon. Assuming that was true i figured the vehicle would be completed soon so we went to the shop around 3:20 PM. The car was on the rack with no tires installed. I was told it would be done shortly and then the front end alignment would be done. In the mean time i listened to various phone calls get answered with the similar explanation on why their vehicles were not ready, and most people were asked if they had scheduled online. Side note, all people we spoke with at the front desk were very polite and seemed to be a victom of this online schedule monster issue, the truth may lie in the middle somewhere about the scheduling i am guessing it takes daily monitoring of this and things may get missed obviously. So 4pm rolls around and the manager tells us the tires are in and alignment will be done in the next 25 minutes, and we would see a decrease in our bill for our inconvenience. Times may not be exact but u get the picture so far. 45 minutes kater we are greeted with are car is done and the front end or rear alignment cannot be done for various reason and was given the total for the tires and sent on my way. See the missing part? No offer or estimate fior what it would take to have our car repaired and alignment done, perfect opportunity to sell more services. Now i have an out of line care with new tires ! Yippie the will be shit in 15,000 miles at this rate. This store has a lot of good reviews and I am sure they are fully capable of doing good work, but this day they missed a chance to gain a new Customer. I typically use tires plus and rolled the dice to try something new as goodyear had a more economical available for the situation with this vehicle, and i was looking to cut cost a bit as this car is city driven and takes on many terrible city road conditions. Also did not get any additional decrease in my bill which was the least of my worries, as I probably would of had them do the new tie rods as the ones on the car were rusted and they could not adjust them. Sorry this was long winded but I believe helpful. Safe travels!

  Never had any issues with them! They are always professional and kind! The work they do is great and on point I would definitely recommend them to anyone

  I did not make an appointment, I did a walk in. The place was very busy with customers in the store and calling in for service. I was greeted and told someone would be right with me. Martel and Kali maintained great professional customer service from the beginning to the end of my experience. They were up front and honest every step of the way. No hidden surprises or unnecessary costs. I am very impressed and happy with the service I received from Goodyear. Thank you, Martell and Kali.
