That work was flawless and their customer service was top notch, but my review is for service I had done today (November 2022) A few weeks ago, I noticed that there was water in my drivers side tail light, which was the side that got hit. I finally got around to contacting Gerber about it— sent them an email over the weekend. Monday morning, they called and left a voicemail— “Hi, we got your email, and we’ve already ordered the replacement part. Give us a call to set up an appointment!” My appointment time was 11:00 am this morning, but I got there 15 minutes early because that’s just me. They were done with my car by 11. No charge because it’s related to the work they did in May. If I ever need body work again, I’m sticking with Gerber.

I had an issue relating to my trim coming loose after the initial repair. They stood by their word and they made sure that my car was back the way it was before the damage. The people who work there are really dedicated to their job. Edited: issue as stated above but was resolved. I would recommend them as a collision repair shop.
