Bud, my estimator, was completely charming and really helped to keep me calm and informed throughout my cars stay. Plus a huge shout-out to all the mechanics, technicians, painters, and engineers that had a hand in my cars repairs. Not only did they do an exceptional job on my car, they finished a full day early, which allowed me to honor a prior obligation on Friday. The pride Gerber takes in the hard work of auto collision is obvious. And while I never want to see them again, in the world of auto collision, I will never do business elsewhere.

Our insurance company was being less than helpful, unresponsive, and gave us wrong information about the process. There was a huge miscommunication and delay in getting the work started because of it. Chloe and Ryan helped us more than the insurance adjuster assigned to our claim when it came to explaining things and walking us through the process. They went above and beyond to smooth out a situation that they were unfortunately forced to play middle man in. We could not be happier with the work that was performed, the attention to detail that was given, and the amazing communication with keeping us updated. They were truly amazing. 10 out of 10, would recommend without hesitation! THANK YOU SO MUCH!

With this last accident being a pretty substantial repair. His attention to detail and customer service is unmatched.
