But an Enterprise employee, David Markes made it right. (Apparently he had seen this mix up before with Delta/Expedia where the rental dates in the customer's email confirmation, and in their computer do not match). David took a horrible situation, late at night, in bad weather, with a unhelpful "Delta" customer "service" rep, and made me feel heard, respected, and ultimately grateful. He didn't debate whose fault it was that late, snowy night; he simply made it right. Fast and competent. And then . . . He was there when I returned the car several days later and remembered me. Happy Holidays David. You went above and beyond!! I hope my newly born grandson over in Pewaukee, who I was able to meet that night afterall, grows up to be as knowledgeable and kind as you!!
