They picked me up from the collision center and helped me with all the paperwork. They had also called prior letting me know what vehicle the insurance covered. Then they called me after just making sure everything worked great. I had one small complain and they worked with me to make it right!

Yes, there are some challenges with the vehicles they have available, however, that is more as a result of people renting them not respecting the vehicles they rent than the fault of the store. However, whenever I’ve had an issue with a vehicle the staff have always taken pains to find me another one that works for me. I can’t commend the team enough for the hard work they do and for taking care of me as a customer.
