  Had previously purchased parts from this location. Called today inquiring about part from the SAME VEHICLE and I was spoken to so rudely over the phone that I decided to no longer shop with this organization. Also I was told previously that the wheel off this vehicle would be about $80 now all of a sudden I have to buy all 4. Then had the nerve to text me from a personal phone. I should post the number but I’m not as rude as they are. Be ware!

  I wanted to buy a light for my car, but the customer service was very rude and unhelpful. On top of that, they offered me the part I needed at an extraordinarily high price, much more than it costs brand new.

  Spoke with rep about a used battery I needed told me he thought he had some. Then I received a text with picture of the battery which surprised me in a good way. Stopped by spoke with got the battery I needed and was pleased with the service.

  Title: Very disappointing experience Review: I visited Burnham Auto Salvage and was very disappointed with the customer service. Staff were rude and unhelpful, which made the process frustrating and stressful. I expected better communication and courtesy, especially for returning customers. I won’t be returning and cannot recommended this place based on my experience. .

  Horrible experience with this place. First of all, I purchased an alternator from them for a very common car and it was the wrong part. Then when I went to exchange it for the correct part, I arrived there at 8:30am and they were closed yet their sign says they open at 8am 6 days a week. Overall bad experience. Would not recommend Burnham Auto Salvage to an enemy.
