    While his mechanics removed my tires they broke off the locking nuts on the tires. Replaced with a regular locknut then charged me $8.99 for the lug nut. When I brought it up he said they break all the time. So do windows but if you break them you replace them and shouldn’t charge your customers. I am an elderly person on a fixed income and when I brought it to his attention he refused to cover the cost

    As a single woman, it can be stressful to find a mechanic I feel I can trust. Brett is that mechanic! When I first moved to Milwaukee I had a car issue that had me searching for the best mechanic nearby. When I started making calls, I quickly realized Brett was the kindest, most upfront mechanic out of all the businesses I looked into. Every car need I’ve had since then I’ve gone to Brett’s. Can’t say enough good things!!
