- JBJack BurnsSep 30, 20251.0While his mechanics removed my tires they broke off the locking nuts on the tires. Replaced with a regular locknut then charged me $8.99 for the lug nut. When I brought it up he said they break all the time. So do windows but if you break them you replace them and shouldn’t charge your customers. I am an elderly person on a fixed income and when I brought it to his attention he refused to cover the cost
