  Simon sold me a transmission for my Toyota Prius and it had a damaged thread which means I cannot use it. He would not refund or exchange it for me even though I have the receipt for when I paid using my credit card. He insisted that I have to show him the original paperwork. This is a shady business and I will be telling all my friends who operates shops not to go to Bionic

  If I could give them more stars, I would. I originally dealt with Juan in sales out of Chicago but I’m closer to the Milwaukee location so that is where I picked up my parts. I had to use the warranty which they made super easy. Both Juan and all the guys in the yard in Milwaukee made the experience really great. They were very friendly, accommodating and went way out of their way to help me. Highly recommend!

  Prepare to wait a 2-3 days to get a part they have in the yard and all calls go out of state to a person that sounds like he hates to work. Also u can’t speak to anybody at the office cause all calls go to somebody maybe in there house on a toilet in Illinois answering calls and answering calls will put u on hold for at least 5 minutes. Worse junk yard concept ever.

  Dear Owner, My name is Alaa, and I am a licensed auto dealer based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. I am writing to formally report a very poor experience I had today with your Milwaukee location, which ultimately led me to cancel my purchase and reconsider any future business with your company. Earlier today, I contacted your Milwaukee location by phone and spoke with a salesman named Juan. I ordered a side mirror and provided him with the stock number from Car-Part.com. Juan confirmed the part was available and advised that it would be ready for pickup by 3:00 PM. I arrived at the Milwaukee location at approximately 4:00 PM to pick up the part. At that time, I was informed that the part was not ready and that staff were unsure when it would be available. I asked if I could wait, but was told they would call me once it was ready. I left and returned to my shop. Approximately four minutes later, I received a call stating the part was now ready. I immediately drove back to the location. When I returned and was prepared to pay, I was informed that the price was different from what I had discussed and agreed upon with Juan over the phone. A manager then became involved. Unfortunately, the situation was handled very poorly. The manager accused me of bargaining over the price and did not show any professionalism, respect, or willingness to acknowledge the misunderstanding. No apology was offered for the inconvenience, misinformation, or multiple trips I was forced to make. I have been in the automotive business for many years and work with salvage yards throughout Wisconsin. This is the worst experience I have encountered. Due to how this situation was handled, I chose not to purchase the part and will not be doing business with this location in the future. I am bringing this matter to your attention because I believe ownership should be aware of how customers—especially long-term dealers—are being treated. I hope you will take this feedback seriously and address the issues at the Milwaukee location to prevent similar experiences for others. Thank you for your time.
