  I had a head light out and contacted several auto part stores in my area all of which would not or could not help me replace it. AutoZone was the only one willing to actually help me put it in. Jon was very patient and kept his cool even when this seemingly easy task was not going as planned. I also asked if it was normal to have corrosion/battery acid on my battery terminals and without hesitation he offered to clean it up for me. He had to make several trips back into the store to get the tools & materials needed to get the job done but wanted to be sure it was done correctly. I want to give a shout out to this young man for going over a above! His kindness was very much appreciated.

  Went in to get a new battery. 3 of the 4 store employees refused to change my battery. There was no reason to refuse to do it my battery was right on top under the hood with nothing going over the battery itself. They all said they didn't want to do it, while I was standing there. Jon was the only employee that agreed to replace it. He definitely did go above and beyond with replacing the battery and, even teaching another employee how to properly install batteries. He is the only reason I gave the rating higher than a 1star. The store itself was clean but I noticed from the employees who refused to do their job they were also not in the dressed as an auto zone employee. They had on sweat pants, sandals, and Jean shorts. The store has definitely gone down in professionalism and service.

  I went to the store for a new battery & the sales rep Danny went over & above to help me out. The store had just opened and he immediately got to work swapping out my old battery and installing the new one. He is very knowledgeable about cares and helpful with all the questions I had for him. The store is clean, fully stocked and the other worker was very helpful as well. I highly recommend this store.
