  A worker named Uriel V was very helpful on the phone. He had a lot of patience and was able to give me the right part and price and even though the phone call was a little long he always stayed respectful and it meant a lot to me.

  Less than 2 year old battery died, went to have it tested at AutoZone and Will informed me that it was in fact a bad battery. Since it was still under warranty he was able to quickly get me refunded, and changed my battery while I waited! Great service!

  Had to get windshield washer fluid because my car told me I was out. I’ve only had the car for a couple years and never had to fill it myself because it was always done with my oil change. The wet winter caused me to run out early. Alex was very helpful. He showed me everything from opening the hood to where it goes in my car and how to tell when it’s full. 10 out of 10 service from Alex! Thanks Alex!!!!!!

  William / Fox at the108th location saved my battery! I went to the miller park location last night, bought and got a new battery installed. This morning my car did not start, completely dead, no lights no anything. I was late to work and missed an appointment due to having to get my car jumped. Mind you it's way below freezing outside. While putting the cables on the battery to jump it, one of the connectors came completely off! It wasn't even tightened and the battery itself was just placed under the hood. After I making it back to the nearest auto zone by the skin of my teeth, William helped me get a new connector piece, actually cleaned my connectors which were full of corrosion apparently, bolted my battery down and told me to come back in a little bit to have my alternator checked. I was so upset about how my car was handled the night before and I'm lucky the car didn't just cut off while driving given how loose my battery was. William provided amazing service, was totally friendly and even educated me on some things about my car. It was greatly appreciated especially during this cold snap!
