I asked why and she said she didn’t know how. She asked another coworker who also apparently couldn’t do it. I went to a different store and had them install them for me.

Came in to load test my battery. she claimed it was “100% charged and good battery” she didnt ask any questions or tell me anything about my battery besides it being “100% charged” so i left and went to a DIFFERENT autozone on Hwy 100. They did a correct load test and told me the battery is BAD and i can replace it with warranty. so they sent me back to this location since they were the closest store with my battery. Walked in and dealt with the same “store manager”. she would not replace my battery. she kept claiming it was good. all while NEVER running a load test. So i left, went to again a different autozone on 27th and they replaced it no questions asked. Not sure who you guys have working as your store manager but she needs to be retrained or fired because she was very rude and not helpful in any way. will never be back simply because of this one person.
