  genuinely fuming at the service i received, ruined my day. im from out of state, here for university and my dad usually helps with stuff like this but again he is not here. he said come to autozone to buy it and they will help me with everything (haha). I needed a new wiper for my car didnt know how to figure out exactly what i needed, came in to explain the situation to the blonde lady (dont know her name) and just needed one wiper, preferably to match the one i had. she kept telling me mumbo jumbo information i didnt understand just simply wanted her to help me find one to best suit my car and help put it on. i asked about 3 times for this woman to help me, just to visually show me what shes talking about. practically begging. and each time she stared at me and basically talked to me like im dumb when i told her i dont know anything about cars and needed help. she finally went over to help me with the wipers just saying they cost different and thats the only difference in them, the price. i ended up picking one that didnt match my other wiper so i was pissed and ended up spending money for something i essentially didnt want because she did not want to help me. i dont know if shes the manager but ive never come across someone so incredibly unhelpful. money wasted down the drain and cant return it because of the return policy. pick anywhere else but here :)

  Daisy decided that the slight flurry outside (It's barely a dusting) is just too rough and refuses to plug in for a code check or a battery test. I am unable to tell if I have a serious issue with my vehicle and need to be out of town tomorrow. It could simply be bad battery and replacing the battery could fix the issue, or, it could be major and i can get stuck on the side of the road. A simple 30 test would tell me that. Thanks Daisy for failing and one of the most simplest requests that could have been asked of you. (It's 7:30 and they close at 8, her "humpf" when I walked it was pretty telling)
