  Went over on my lunch break as I was in desperate need for an oil change. Venice was so kind and friendly! Fast oil change and I really valued that I felt comfortable. On occasion mechanics/car dealerships have made me feel awkward for not knowing some details on my car, like what kind of oil I need. Venice was super kind and said she’d check for me easily. :) Will be coming back next time in need a quick oil change!

  Rolled in Saturday morning hoping for a quick oil change with some slight hesitation, as I'd come here a week or two ago and it'd taken a bit longer than I'd hoped (through no fault of the very pleasant and professional employees. It was three bays of cars with two visible employees, so an overworked staff). This go-round though, holy smokes it was quick. Super friendly employees (with car-side Venice going well above and beyond, taking the time to walk through a recent receipt from a trip to the dealership that didn't agree with what carfax was telling her was done. And it came with zero pressure, just honest curiosity and a desire to help us out as customers. As my wife said a couple times "10 stars for Venice"), super clean bays, really happy with the experience all around. Would recommend.
