  Valvoline Instant Oil Change Middleton şubesine yağ değişimi için gittim ve gerçekten çok memnun kaldım. Benimle ilgilenen Venice isimli kadın personel inanılmaz güler yüzlü, samimi ve ilgiliydi 💛 Her şeyi sabırla ve tatlı tatlı anlattı, aracımla özenle ilgilendi ve süreci çok rahat geçirmemi sağladı. Kendimi hem değerli hem de güvende hissettim. Böyle sıcak ve profesyonel bir hizmet almak gerçekten çok güzel. Özellikle Venice’e ve tüm ekibe ayrı ayrı teşekkür ederim.   This place was amazing! The staff were wonderful, informative and considerate. Treshombie, Venice, and Dylan worked efficiently and professionally. Pointing out things to keep an eye on and even to the point of replacing my screw that was stripped without me asking (this stripped screw was the bane of my existence-- it wasnt replaced at two services prior at a jiffy lube and ford dealership, even though I requested it). They made me feel cared for and like they wanted the best for me and my car while staying respectful on my financial situation and what I could afford. Will definitely be back again!

  I appreciated how the technician had no issues explaining about the stuff that was on the oil cap and that next time I should have it cleaned when I come back in for an oil change. Also explained that based on the miles of my vehicle, I shouldn't push it pass 5000 miles and should change it at 3000 miles. I also appreciated they actually checked my cabin and air filter and replaced both. Kody was very good and explained everything. Granted it was more than what I wanted to pay and granted that at a dealership would charge or a quick lube, but they did stuff I believe that quick lube and dealerships say but never do.

  February 21st 2026 came for a quick oil change. It was anything but quick. Pulled into bay 1 was greeted by Lashawn who was great . Whoever was under my car changed the oil then at the very end I am charged for full oil change service but then I m told they did not change oil filter they did not have the tools. You would think they would communicate that to me before ..then I was told I would get a call immediately from a manager and get full refund still waiting. I also left with an oil service light on which wasn't on prior to coming to this place worst experience ever!

  As I found myself in the process of moving to another city far away, and the low oil warning light was showing, I couldn’t wait any longer to have my usual auto service replace the oil and filter. For years, I heard of Valvoline and decided to try their service—I’m so glad that I did! They were professional and listened to me. They showed me the exterior air filter which was quite dirty and I approved to replace it, while they also showed me the interior cabin filter which was rather clean, so I asked and they just tapped out some dust to then reinsert it. I felt like I was always in control of what the car’s needs were and whether or not a part was to be replaced or when a service was warranted or placed on hold for a few more months. In all my experience with them, it was an extremely pleasant one which I would highly recommend to others!
