- EEEmily4 days ago5.0I’m very glad of whoever thought of putting an Enterprise in Middleton Ford. Obviously I didn’t have a reservation due to my personal car suddenly dying. Initially they didn’t think they could help me due their appointment schedule, however they looked again and found me a car. This saved me from having to waste more money, time & stress while my car was in the shop over the weekend. Especially since I still had to go to work. Very professional, very thoughtful, wish I could mention the names of the associates who did this but I don’t think it’s on my paperwork. Thanks!

I drove the vehicle for about 3 hours arrived to my apartment complex, the next morning the rental was towed. This was also between holidays so I had to rent the car on the 23 rd and return on the 26th because of enterprise being closed the days I needed the car to go see family for Christmas. In total $650 for the 3 day rental $250 for the car and $400 to retrieve the car from the tow yard. For only having the car in my possession for 3 hours, it was a terrible experience. Enterprise should offer parking passes to show that this vehicle is a rental, therefore the tow company would then be aware that this was a rental car and not a personal vehicle.

They had a question about the reservation and they called. We fixed a few details. I forgot my garage door opener in the car and they fetched it, and I got it back the next day. They did a fantastic job all the way around.
