Took my 997.1 in for a clutch job. Service people suggested a higher quality SACHS kit to hold more Hp since I had Kelly Moss do some upgrades previously and the stock clutch failed. They also did my front brakes and oil change at the same time.
They were efficient with their work and very fun to talk to. I like the family and friends environment of this shop. Billing was reasonable as well. Great experience.

Lost trust in this shop, very limited product knowledge, Squirrley attitude on the phone, would not take my Mercedes-Benz there if it was the last shop on earth

Called to setup an appointment for oil change and get further information on how much other fluid changes on my car would be, but got attitude and irritated remarks from the receptionist. So I decided to go with another shop. If you can deal with unprofessionalism then no worries.

I've taken my Audi allroad to Dunn's twice now. The first experience was last fall when my car just stopped running. I had originally taken it to our small town mechanic, but he couldn't figure out what was going on. We took it to Dunn's and they had diagnosed the fatal timing chain. I had them proceed to try to fix and they absolutely nailed it. Most recently, I kept having to add coolant to my Audi and gave Dunn's a call. They got me in within the week with a loaner. They absolutely nailed it again. It's so nice having that peace of mind again. And the loaner, "Gorko" did me well. Thank you, Dunn's! Ginger and I will be back in about 5000 miles.

Disappointed – Poor Communication & Customer Service
After multiple visits, today was the final straw — we will no longer be taking our vehicles to Dunn’s Import of Middleton.
The biggest concern: zero communication from a technician or service advisor regarding inspection findings or recommended repairs. Everything is handled through a generic text message system, which doesn’t allow for two-way communication. No one ever called to discuss the results or next steps, which is unacceptable for a service-based business.
Each time we’ve tried calling for clarification, the receptionist — who also handles billing — comes across as irritated, rushed, and unhelpful. Rather than getting answers from a tech or providing solutions, she’s blamed my wife for the issue and speculated on causes without consulting anyone from the service team.
This level of customer service is incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. If you value clear communication and being treated with respect, I suggest taking your car else where.
