  It's a car wash. It cleaned the dirt off. Options are confusing as the amount you are paying for doesn't match the list of services.

  I really hate giving bad reviews, but my experience here was less than expected. I'm a small business owner, myself, and I would hope that I would never have a customer experience like I did today. First, it wasn't the interaction that I had with the attendant; that was an open and honest conversation; I now feel bad telling him that everything "seemed" to be working well enough, but that's how I felt at that time, which was early in my self-serve experience. So, first, one of the self-serve bays is completely defunct, and I did not try the touchless wash because I wasn't interested in it. So, after I got into the bay, you could hear the pump for the water move. Later, I was told the owner is not going to fix the pump. Next, I realized that I was just spraying cold water onto the truck, but continued on because I was washing my business vehicle. I used the blower to dry the truck around the doors and windows so they wouldn't freeze, which seemed to work as intended. Again, my interaction with the attendant was excellent, and I have no issues with him, and I feel bad for leaving a bad review after we spoke. So, after I arrived to my destination, I found that none of the film from the road dust/salt that was on the truck was removed, and you could still see the dirt and salt from before I washed. I basically got a bunch of rinse cycles with a little bit of detergent (which I could smell while washing). Also, the spot-free rinse was not spot free...remotely. Overall, I suspect this business is headed to it's final destination with no regular maintenance on the machines or pumps to improve the quality of the washes. It's sad to see it go to the pits.

  Wash took the money and it was closed door never open and no closed sign up. I have been going there since it opened but no more. CROOKED BUSINESS!!!

  Automatic car wash stops part way through cycle. Ran my truck through 2 times then had to wash by hand.No one answers the customer service line.only rated 1 star because i couldnt rate 0 stars
