  I gave them the benefit of the doubt & tried to disbelieve the reviews but the reviews are true. This business sucks. I called to get my rotors & brake pads replaced and the mechanic who answered said they can schedule me to get that done and to come in two days. I tell him "Ok, I will schedule for that in two days" So two days later I walk inside, tell the receptionist that I've come to get my rotors & brake pads replaced as scheduled on the phone. He then looks at their schedule and tells me "I have you down today for having your wheel bearings looked at." Now I tell him that there's a mistake and that I told the mechanic on the phone I said rotors & brake pad change. Without showing any remorse or sympathy for this miscommunication, the receptionist said despite having me down for today they can't do a rotor & brake pad change and that I will have to wait till next week to get that done. So I said no thanks went across town to another business and got my rotors & brake pads changed on the spot.

  AWFUL!!! Took My van in .... Made the appointment 1 week before. The ABS brake light can on. I was going on a trip. Wanted to make sure it was safe. Dropped the Van off at 8:30am and asked them to also look at spark plugs. No problem was what my husband was told. My husband then said to have the brakes done, spark plugs, and alienment please call if it will be over $500. Well it was almost 5:30 pm.... NO call. The bill was well over $500 and the Brakes didn't even get looked at..... They did the spark plugs and alienment for over $500. NO BRAKES the reason for the appointment. Then they were rude, and no excuse for why it wasn't done... So 2/3 of the stuff done for the full bill price and now I still have to go fine Brakes...... Never go there.... Wrong move, feel raped!!! NOw how do I fix brakes to leave in the morning.....
