Walked into Advance not knowing any of the benefits they’d have to offer but we were so pleased to find out they do free battery installs and testing. We were helped by a very kind young lady, Kaitlyn. She came out and tested our battery, alternator and starter. She was knowledgeable and explained the next steps since our starter and alternator tested good. She got us the battery and then proceeded to bundle up and put it in for us. We couldn’t be any more satisfied with our unexpected visit. She got it installed and our car started like new, she was even willing to test it again to make sure everything looked good. Highly recommend visiting Kaitlyn and Menomonie Advance store :)

Alex checked my battery and when he was getting ready to swap it out realized that the battery had been bought about a year ago at another advanced auto parts in Colorado Springs. He did a little bit of research in the store and I ended up getting the battery for free because it was still under warranty. Absolutely had no clue. I really appreciate his “going the extra mile“ to help me out and save me from having to purchase another battery. Not sure if that would’ve happened at another store. Excellent service!

I’m not exaggerating when I say I’ve gone through 20 sets of lights. ROBERTO SAVED ME!! This guy was genuinely concerned and went above and beyond to test my fuses and my battery and reinstalling my lights with a special goo on the connector…… ROBERTO!!!! He’s my car boyfriend now, he understands this is a very one sided relationship. But give this guy a raise!!!

Roberto was so nice, he came out to my car, and once I opened the hood he noticed the battery connectors were corroded, he cleaned them then tested everything, it was the corrosion causing the problem. Thank you so much Roberto for everything!
