  First of all, shout out jalen for genuinely doing a good job. He was attentive, nice, and did a good job, it's a shame the store clearly has shitty management and other bad hires. At 1:30pm there were only 2 people on staff for 3 bays. It took me over an hour to get an oil change and it took everyone else over an hour too. They offered to fix things for my car that couldn't be fixed. I watched one of the guys put my air filter in backwards, proceed to try and slam it, repeatedly, into place IN FRONT OF ME before realizing he put it in backwards. Everyone BUT Jalen was incompetent, slow and lazy. There was a bunch of crap on the receipt they claimed to do, like fill my tires up, which they certainly did not. I will NEVER return to this Valvoline and I strongly encourage anyone reading this to stay away. I never knew an oil change could be so terrible. This store so obviously has bad management, bad hires, bad training, and bad systems. All of those would be solved with better management

  They do an amazing job. Super helpful and quick. When you need an oil change this is a great place to get it done and move on with your day.
