The people who go here seem to always be trying to push ahead of the lines instead of following an orderly fashion and the workers do care about anything. Also when exiting the car wash you get stuck between incoming traffic. There is not much room between the traffic and the car exiting the wash.

Almost every time I visit, she’s on her phone for long periods, while the other employees are outside doing their jobs and waiting for customers. She’s usually hiding inside the building instead of helping or supervising. One visit really stood out—she was being openly rude to another employee, which was uncomfortable to watch. Based on what I’ve seen, I honestly don’t think she should be in a management position. I’ve never seen a manager behave this poorly. The rest of the staff is great, but her attitude really brings down the experience.
