  Jeff's Northshore Auto was about a two hour drive for us. It turned out to be well worth the time. The experience and staff turned out better experience than my wife and i could have hoped for. Everyone was very nice and very easy to talk to. The vehicle we ended up purchasing was a good experience. I strongly suggest Jeff's Northshore Auto as a place that is worth the time to check out your next vehicle purchase. ☆☆☆☆☆

  Probably the worst experience I’ve had. Bought the bumper to bumper warranty and ONE thing was covered so far. I’ve had this car for a year and a half, it’s been in their possession half the time due to it always needing to be serviced. I’ve been disregarded. I’ve been given very old rentals that have checked engine lights and drive very rough. What am I paying for at this point? Never again will I buy here. Never again will I send anyone here. It’s garbage. They constantly compliment the vehicle I have for its reliability and try to gaslight me when I’m upset about the reoccurrence of it in the shop. Truly the worst experience of my life. It’s caused me so many issues. I’ve been stranded multiple times from their “reassurance that nothing is wrong.” $1600 came out of my pocket before they realized I had the warranty as well. I had to bring the paperwork in a physically shove it in their faces for them to realize I wasn’t messing around anymore. Never again. Don’t go here.

  My husband went thru there on Saturday he came home and told me about a truck that he wanted too show me,so went for a ride and I looked at it,my husband called and made an appointment with Aaron for today the 11th of February, we get there and took 2 trucks for a ride, long story short,we ended up with the one I fell in love with, I highly recommend this place, Aaron was an amazing sales person, Jennifer was just as amazing for making appointments,the owner himself was amazing and straight too the point. I give this auto company a hands down A+++++++, ,thank you everyone for being amazing, and making the purchase of the truck also amazing Traci and Denny

  I highly recommend Jeff’s Northshore Auto. I bought a 2017 Silverado High Country about a month ago and have been extremely happy with both the truck and the service. This was my first time buying from a dealership, and Aaron took the time to explain everything and work with me throughout the process. He also helped me get a great loan offer, which I really appreciated. Shortly after purchasing, the truck had a minor braking issue, and the service team handled it amazingly—same-day towing, repair, and the ability to get a rental car. Cory has a great team, and I truly appreciate everything they’ve done for me and my truck.

  I recently had service done on my car at Jeff’s Northshore, and definitely will be returning for any future vehicle service. From the helpful staff, to the quality work that they do there, I couldn’t recommend it enough!
