Unlike many other Pilot locations, this one has clean showers, strong water pressure, and the water is actually hot, which is far from guaranteed these days. That alone already puts it above average. Lately, I mostly try to fuel at Love’s, because in my experience Love’s is the top tier of truck stops in the U.S.: consistently clean, well maintained, good-quality facilities, clean showers, and reliably hot water with solid pressure. Pilot is usually more of a middle-of-the-road option for me. Still better than TA, which, frankly, is pretty much the bottom of the barrel — the only real advantage TA has is larger parking lots. That said, this specific Pilot location genuinely exceeded my expectations. I’m giving it a solid 5 stars, not because it’s luxury-level amazing, but because it’s one of the best among the usually average ones. Well done — keep it like this.

- DJD JOct 21, 20251.0Visited this store on September 28, 2025. I purchased a shower stall and waited patiently for a good 30 minutes. I walked back and noticed the cleaning attendant doing her thing so I figured a few more minutes and she would be done. I waited another 15 minutes and walked back again. The cleaning attendant was fading in an out of consciousness and braced up against the wall and sliding down it. She was high on heroin or fentynal. I walked back to the counter and told the cashier that she probably needed to Narcan her employee. She panicked and got on the phone. I asked the other cashier for a refund cause I had run out of time. I waited 45 minutes for this shower stall and didn't seem like a shower stall would he ready anytime soon with the cleaning attendant faded out. The cashier informed me that I would be refunded automatically cause the system resets 10 minutes after the number is called. I checked my statement a few days later and noticed there was no refund for the shower like the cashier stated. I emailed guest services and was told to call guest services. I called guest services and was in the process of getting assistance when the call dropped. Nobody called me back despite me having a registered account and all my contact info is available to customer service so I'm forced to waste even more time on such a simple problem. I would not recommend this place and would not ever go back to this location.
