  Cassidy and Matt had me out in a Jiffy (13 minutes give or take). Always love the service here and they have free coffee while you wait. Even got a tire quote in minutes which I didn’t even know they did until the offered!

  We stopped by here in a jam to get our tire pressure back to where they should be. Kwik Trips pumps left one of our tires down to almost 16 and was only letting air out! We're so grateful they quick pulled us in to get us back on the road! We appreciate all of you so much! Thank you!

  Very professional, friendly, honest, and helpful staff. Did not attempt to upsell me on anything, tell me things that had to be fixed that didn’t, pressure me to do this or that, they just made some legitimate suggestions and did an amazing job servicing both of my vehicles today. I inquired about having a TPMS sensor replaced on my Camaro and asked if they could do it right away, their response was “I’d like to, but I don’t want to use this lift because it’s such a nice car and the other lift is occupied” whereas alot of other shops would have saw an opportunity to make extra money and jacked up the car right away. Instead, she recommended coming back another time to have the sensor replaced. That speaks volumes to the way they treat not only their customers, but their customers property. It’s the little things that make the biggest differences. Also, when I brought in my winter car, I mentioned it’s a beater and a point A point B car, they respected that and simply did the oil change, again, just pointing out a few things like a good shop should do, but no pressure or urgency scare tactics. They are also very efficient, I think the entire process of bringing in both my vehicles for oil changes and general inspections, including the time driving back home to switch cars, only took about 45 minutes total. Will be going here from now on, had an excellent first experience First impressions are key

  First time not doing my own oil change in many years. The fact I didn't have to schedule an appointment and it was advertised as 15-minute oil change drew me in. I didn't time it, but it was right around 15 minutes for a basic oil change. One of my wipers needed replacing and the mechanic told me there's a coupon for free wiper blades and replaced that for me too. The team of mechanics were courteous and professional, which I appreciated. The overall experience was top notch and now I will consider using them more often.
