I wasn't pleased by this and he told me very rudely that if I didn't like it I could leave and go elsewhere. This happens nearly every time I go there. Do the employees not know where the hold button is on the phones. If you are dealing with a customer at the counter and the phone rings, you don't leave the counter customer hanging while you take care of the person on the phone. It is extremely rude and bad for business. I usedvto work in a parts house and if the phone rang while you were dealing with an in person customer, you answer the phone and put the call on hold and finish with the in person customer before going ahead with tge phone call.
